Big Pine Key has a lot of real estate companies. Which one is considered the best company according the Big Pine Key, Florida residents? Who are the best real estate agents in Big Pine Key, Florida? Historically, which company has been there the longest? Do any of the real estate companies also have title and mortgage companies?

Hi There- I am an agent with Schwartz GMAC Property Sales. Our company is a very QUALITY oriented, with only top agents recruited. We have very strict ethical standards and Top Producing agents. There are other companies like Coldwell Banker and Century 21 which are larger with more agents which are QUANITY oriented agencies.
My partner Linda Ward and I, Sandra Tuttle were the top selling agents in Big Pine Key last year. There are 2 main title companies in Big Pine that we work with, Chicago Title and True Title, both are excellent. C-21 has just started a title division, I have my first closing with them coming up in a few weeks. Our broker at GMAC does own Vanguard Lending, a mortgage company with great agents.
