Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Big Pine Key, Florida and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   There no condo projects on Big Pine Key, this is the island in the FL Keys that is the hardest to develop due to the abundance of sensitive wildlife. Just north in Marathon there is a lot of new development and of coure Key West is over loaded with condos available for sale. The fees in KW tend to be quite high.
